privacy policy

Last updated: 2026. Replace this template with counsel-reviewed text before launch.

1. What we collect

The only data this site stores is what you voluntarily submit to the leaderboard:

We do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal identifier. Initials are a display label and should not identify you individually.

2. Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are rotated and not sold.

3. Cookies

The game itself sets no cookies. Third-party services used on this site — specifically Google Fonts, the PixiJS CDN, and (where present) Google Ad Manager — may set cookies for their own functionality. See their privacy policies for details.

4. Advertising

This site may display advertising served by Google Ad Manager and its partners. Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized or contextual ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings, or visit aboutads.info for broader opt-out controls.

EU/UK/EEA visitors will see a consent banner (a Consent Management Platform) the first time ads load. You can change your choices at any time through that banner.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because we collect only initials and scores — not contact details — we cannot, in practice, link a specific leaderboard entry back to an individual. If you submitted an entry and want it removed, contact us at the address below with enough detail to identify it.

6. Children

This game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted identifying data, please contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
