2. The service

History of Stars — BORG EDITION is a free browser game. The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit scores obtained through automated tools, modification of the client, or manipulation of network traffic.
• Submit initials that are obscene, harassing, threatening, or that impersonate another person.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside an authorized security-testing context.
• Copy, mirror, or commercially redistribute the game or its assets without permission.

4. Leaderboard moderation

We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry at any time, for any reason, including clearly inflated scores and offensive initials.

5. Intellectual property

History of Stars — BORG EDITION, including its code, visual design, sound, and branding, is the exclusive property of Blue Wizard Digital. All rights reserved. No part of the game may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

6. Third-party services

The site loads resources from Google Fonts, a CDN-hosted PixiJS build, and — where enabled — Google Ad Manager. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
